„Przegląd Tomistyczny” („The Annual Review of the Thomistic Institute”) is an academic journal, issued annually by the Thomistic Institute in Warsaw (Poland). The journal publishes mainly original academic papers on Thomistic and medieval theology and philosophy, as well as editions and translations of short Latin and Polish source texts from medieval times.
The journal was established in continuation with the tradition of “Polski Przegląd Tomistyczny” (“Polish Thomistic Review”), founded by the Polish Province of the Order of Preachers in 1939. Due to the outbreak of the second world war and subsequent reign of the communist regime, publication of the journal stopped for over forty years. It was renewed in 1984 and has been issued almost continuously since then.
